Hardwicke House is a classic mid-century modern building designed by architect David Warren Hardwicke in 1961. The building, listed on the Virginia Landmarks Register of Historic Places straddles the line of Scott’s Addition and The Museum District. Hardwicke House was completely renovated in 2018 to maintain the mid-century vibes, while adding todays modern necessities!
 

These premier apartments have it all! With the funky bris-soleil brick treatment on the exterior of the building, the apartments get a ton of light and great views while also providing privacy. The kitchens boast brand new cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
